A very proud morning for us as our talented students Lanka and Saanvi, showcased their poetic prowess in the Emirates NBD Poetry For All Competition semi-finals against dozens of schools from all across the UAE, hosted right here at Dubai Heights Academy.
Lanka shared the poem ‘I’m Glad to Be Me’ by Kenn Nesbitt, while Saanvi recited ‘Another Chance’ by Helen Steiner Rice. The girls did a fantastic job and we look forward to finding out whether we have progressed into the final round!
