Bridging School Football and the Professional Game
Launching this August for Academic Year 2026/2027, the Dubai Heights Football Academy is an elite U19 student athlete programme designed to bridge the gap between school football and the professional game.
The academy provides a Premier League-standard environment that is fully integrated into the academic day of a college student at Dubai Heights Academy. This unique structure allows players to access professional level training without compromising their studies or evening club commitments, ensuring they receive the necessary contact time to excel.
A Professional Training Cycle
Students follow a professional training cycle that includes daily technical sessions, tactical workshops, and strength and conditioning, all held during school hours. The programme is led by former Brighton & Hove Albion coach and UK National Champion, Ryan Norcross.

Who Can Apply?
The Dubai Heights Football Academy is open to students in Years 12 and 13.
Current Dubai Heights Academy students may apply directly. External applicants must first complete the standard Dubai Heights Academy admissions process and secure enrolment before joining the programme.
